A relatives who died in the searing warmth on a Northern California hiking path final calendar year experienced tried to send a single last text information pleading for aid, authorities have exposed.
Software program engineer Jonathan Gerrish, 45, his spouse, Ellen Chung, 31, their 1-yr-previous daughter, Miju, and canine, Oski, ended up all found lifeless on a distant Sierra Nationwide Forest climbing trail in August.
