Much more than 9,000 accommodation pledges for Ukrainian refugees have been cleared by the Red Cross and despatched to the Division of Kids, according to the Secretary Normal of the Irish Pink Cross.
Of these, 3,000 were pledges for vacant households and 6,000 were being for shared lodging.
Liam O’Dwyer explained about 900 people today have been placed in lodging.
Speaking on RTÉ’s Morning Eire, he mentioned that he expects the process of putting people today to velocity up about the coming weeks.
