By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) awarded scholarships to 15 Belizeans for their participation in the Countrywide Tour Manual Course in Cayo and Belize City, respectively mentioned a BTB assertion on social media.
Minister of Tourism and Diaspora Relations Anthony Mahler manufactured the presentation on behalf of the BTB.
“This year’s BTB scholarship recipients include five individuals from Cayo and 10 members from Belize City,” stated the BTB.
“The scholarships valued at $18,400.00, goal to guidance the growth of experienced Belizean Tour Guides as a result of completion of the Nationwide Tour Guidebook Application.”
BTB claimed the scholarships addresses price tag of study course, manuals, and internships.
“The scholarship awards stand for the BTB’s unwavering dedication to the enhancement of our dynamic tourism marketplace whilst at the very same time fostering academic possibilities for Belizeans,” famous the BTB.
